Details

The Westmoreland County Food Bank collects and delivers food to eighty hunger-relief agencies and programs, forty-seven of which are emergency food pantries.

Their Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) program provides boxes of supplemental foods to seniors and graduates of WIC (Women, Infants and Children), while their Backpack Program ensures school-age children receive food on weekends and school breaks.

Operation Fresh Express (OFE) rescues perishable foods and distributes them directly to those in need.
