The Chippewa County Food Shelf can be found in the building of the Chippewa County Outreach Office of the Prairie Five Community Action Council, Inc.

Visits are limited to three times in twelve months.

An approximate three-day supply of food will be provided.

Requires residence in Chippewa County and completion of a form listing all members of the household and their Social Security numbers.
