Hours of Operation:

  • From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday and Friday.


Requirement:

  • A referral from a member church, as well as proof of all income including DHS, a driver's license or photo ID, Social Security card and children's birth certificate.
  • Applications for TEFAP are accepted from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the first Tuesday of the month.
  • The TEFAP distribution is then made later in the month by appointment.
  • Applying for TEFAP requires the same documents as listed above.

Services:

  • Their Senior Liquid Nutrition program distributes Ensure to those seniors age sixty and older who have their doctor place an order through Wayne County Senior Services.
  • The Ensure can then be picked up between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM on the second Tuesday of the month.
