- Between 9:30 am and 11:30 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Between 6:00 pm and 7:30 PM Wednesday
Requirements:
Two forms of ID withcurrent address, such as driver's license and a utility bill, are required.
An eligibility form will need to be completed.
