Documentation required:

Photo I.D. with social security number), Social security card as photo I.D. no SSN), Proof of income for the past 30 days, Proof of Wayne County residence for the past 90 days.

Hours of operation:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Tuesday
9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Clients must sign in a half-hour before closing.
