Serves: Client must be from Medina County and meet income guidelines.

Required Documents: Driver's license or photo ID Proof of income, address and residence - rent receipts are also acceptable.

Hours of operation:

Monday and Thursday 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Tuesday by appointment

Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
