Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Friday 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Every last Saturday of the month
from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

They do not require a social security card, but they must provide the customer with a current billing address that is no more than one month old.

They must also document all family members once a year.
