  • Walk-in visits are accepted from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

Note: After 10:00 AM, call to make an appointment for a visit. 

Requirements:

  • Proof of address
  • Social Security Cards
  • Proof of income for all household age 18 and above
