In general, income should be 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Limit.


Households that do not meet the income criteria but have extenuating circumstances, such as lack of income, can receive services on a case-by-case basis.


Required Documentation:

For Proof of address/residency:

Current utility bill,

Ohio Works First OWF (a statement or other official documents as received from Social Security).

Proof of Income:

Public Aid Benefit Letter,

Social Security Benefits Letter,

Medicaid Card, 

Paycheck.


Proof of family size:

Birth certificates,

medical or Medicaid cards,

school enrollment forms for each family member

Photo ID for the customer and his representative, if disabled.

However, individuals can be seen once without documents.

If the income is higher than the guideline

Pantry Opening Hours:

Monday: 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.,

Tuesday and Friday 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.,

Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.,

Last two Thursdays of the month: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Generally closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day, and all major holidays.
