Proof of family size:
Birth certificates, Medicaid / Medical cards, or school enrollment forms for each family member.
Passport photo of the client and of his representative, if he is handicapped.
Pantry opening hours:
Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
