Their congregation supports the Los Fresnos Community Food Pantry, founded in 1998 as a food assistance program.
In 2005, when Outreach International established cooperation with them, the beneficiaries of the pantry started to participate more actively.
The pantry's clients now manage the ordering and distribution of food.
They have a chance to help others, build trust, and gain leadership experience.
Los Fresnos Community of Christ continues to support the food pantry with volunteers, financial assistance, and its own building dedicated to the pantry and its customers.
